Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using FLYTINERARY, you agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent travel plans
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Use the platform to solicit money or engage in scams
• Share contact details (phone numbers, social handles) publicly in trip descriptions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs or AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or communication restrictions
• Upload illegal content or content that violates third-party rights

4. Trip Listings & Join Requests

Trip posts are for genuine travel co-ordination only. By posting a trip, you confirm your intent to travel and accept that other users may request to join based on your stated preferences.

Join requests from certain users may be subject to a small platform fee (currently ₹99 for users in India). This fee is non-refundable once the request is submitted and helps us maintain a high-quality, safe community.

FLYTINERARY is not responsible for disputes between travelers, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, or the conduct of other users offline.

5. Communication Preferences

Users may restrict who can send them join requests (e.g., women only, verified users only). These preferences are enforced by the platform. Attempting to circumvent another user's communication preferences is a violation of these Terms.

6. Payments

Payments processed through FLYTINERARY are handled by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international). By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and policies. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 7 days' notice. Existing paid features remain available for the period already paid for.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and software are owned by FLYTINERARY and protected by copyright law. User-generated content (trip posts, reviews, profile information) remains yours — you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

FLYTINERARY is a technology platform that connects travelers. We do not organise, vet, or guarantee any travel arrangement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from interactions with other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
